Broadway Musical Stars to Perform at Couture Fashion Week

In keeping with his signature show style, designer and producer Andres Aquino will bring a roster of talented and accomplished Broadway musical stars to perform during his upcoming “Mon Amour”collection fashion show. (Tickets to the fashion show). The fashion show will be held at 8:00 pm on Saturday February 15, 2014 in the New Yorker Hotel’s Grand Ballroom. The performers are appearing in support of “Broadway Sings for Pride” and are expected to also perform at the Carnival of Venice Inspired Gala later that evening. The audience can expect to be thrilled by the performances of these Broadway stars, who have appeared in such theater productions as Panic! The Musical, American Idiot, Zorro The Musical, Let My People Come, Sistas The Musical, Disney’s The Lion King, Grease on Ice, Fancy Nancy The Musical, BARE: A Pop Opera, Rent, Cirque Dreams, Pinkalicious, Showgirls! The Musical, Brooklyn, and more, as well as in many film and television productions.

Andres Aquino’s “Femme Jolie” Collection is Dedicated to Petite Fashionistas

“Femme Jolie”, Andres Aquino’s new couture luxury fashion line for petite women, will be shown on the runway at 8:00 pm on Sunday February 16, 2014. Part of the final day of Couture Fashion Week’s 19^thseason, the fashion show will be held at the New Yorker Hotel in New York City.

This season Andres Aquino will present two totally different fashion shows dedicated to two different sets of women at the prestigious New York event: “Mon Amour” a couture collection to be shown at 8:00 pm on Saturday February 15, 2014, and the “Femme Jolie” collection for petite women.

The “Femme Jolie” show will celebrate petite women everywhere by bringing some of the most beautiful women in the world to walk on the catwalk including prominent beauty queens, socialites and other surprise guests. It promises to be an evening of exceptional fun and beauty. Read more…

“Mon Amour”-Andres Aquino’s Latest Collection is an Ode to Love on Valentine’s Weekend

“Mon Amour” by Andres Aquino is the new collection of elegant evening, cocktail and suit designs to dress the glamorous woman. The fashion show, part of Couture Fashion Week New York, will be held at 8:00 p.m. on Saturday February 15, 2014 at The New Yorker Hotel. Tickets are available online.

The color palette for the “Mon Amour” collection is predominantly black, gold and radiant orchid. Distinctive features include visible rich linings, attention to detail and fine embellishments. Andres Aquino’s fashion designs are inspired by poetry, art and dance. “Mon Amour fits perfectly with Valentine’s weekend,” says Mr. Aquino. “Let’s celebrate love: the dearest sentiment among humans and a perfect tribute to glamorous and fashionable women.”
